Know Thyself...Be Yourself
Growing up blue collar has provided me with an abundance of opportunity to create something from nothing. At the age of nineteen I became an Architectural Illustrator at one of the most respected studios in the world. It was here that I developed my skills as a painter over the next 31 years. In my spare time I have taught watercolor for six years, created residential, commercial and civic murals throughout Ohio for ten years and even produced 25 City Posters over a five year span. However, my effort to be noticed in the realm of the fine art world had brought limited success. It was only when I finally realized that I need only to be me, and began to paint from within that my work was hung in a museum as well as galleries. So you see, I've just got to be me!
